The Penn Theatre provides facility rentals for private movie showings, community groups and corporate events.

• Seating Capacity: 405
• Base rate of $200/hour
• Extra fees for cleaning, staffing, and movie showing ($400-700) depending on title selected
• Special rates for IRS 501(c)3 charitable organizations
• Dates subject to availability
